Its hard to see in this picture but Ruby is not sleeping on her side here. A second before I took this picture she had both of her legs straight out in front of her and her upper body was flopped over her legs - and she was sleeping. She shifted slightly when I took this picture but her left leg is still directly under her - her foot is touching her hand. She sleeps like this all the time. She is so much like her Uncle Alex it is crazy - but I bet you don't sleep like this anymore do you Alex?

I love the flexibility! Alyssum sleeps with her butt in the air and I too wonder how that is comfortable...but apparently I used to sleep like that when I was little. Could you imagine if I still slept like that...awkward! haha!
Oh, I also wanted to thank you for your comment on my last blog. It encouraged me sooooo much!!! Thank you :)
I knew that title would come with a great picture! Elliot likes to sleep with his faced pressed against something. When he was a few months old, he would pull the blanket that I put next to his face OVER his face. I would freak out that it would suffocate him and pull it away and he was get upset with me. After a few months of this, I just put him to bed with the blanket on his face and he loved it! The things kids are comfortable with will probably never cease to amaze us!
2 things... at least now you know what she looked like in your belly, and since she's still so flexible maybe she will take after her mommy and be a dancer. :)
